Functieomschrijving/taken
- Developing and implementing of HR strategy in the Geel plant in line with strategy of Thermo Fisher Scientific;
- Implementation of Thermo Fisher HR procedures and documents and communicating this to all employees;
- Maintaining contact with syndical delegation;
- Participating in works council and safety committee;
- Participation in collective labour negotiations.
Profiel kandidaat
- Experiences as HR Manager;
- Degree in Business, economics or administration preferable specialized in HR;
- Good knowledge of employment law and union activity;
- Good knowledge of the following languages : Dutch, English.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
